I saw one of your tweets earlier about integration with Google Home, and wondered how this has been achieved.
I’ve had a quick look through the git repo, but couldn’t see any reference.

It is supported. You only need to connect HestiaPi (OpenHAB that is) to your Google Home.

Aah right, so Hestiapi gets its connectivity via OpenHab, and not directly.

Thats correct. HestiaPi is the hardware and all the necessary configuration for OpenHAB to communicate with the sensors and the user. Keeping each role centralised makes life so much easier than reinventing the wheel every time
