Knowing that the temps can be an issue, doesn’t OpenHab support setting a bias?
I remember in my fiddling to make a Thermometer with a pi3B+ and 7" screen that OpenHab allowed you to bias a number up or down to accommodate issues like that.
Also, if the house feels good at 24 and that’s actually 22, there’s no realistically important difference as long as its comfortable.

Also, knowing that my Google Nest has a similar issue, does this really matter as long as we know the “new” temps that we like, or dislike (Heat vs Cool)?
