New minor version of Discourse out, I’ll deploy it tonight (UTC+1) unless something comes up. Should be quick

All done, running latest version again! Hurrah for parallel upgrades.
What does that mean?
Simply that the new version is deployed separately before switching over to it and restarting the webserver. The actual upgrade took about 15min but downtime was more like 30s
