Discourse can allow login via Google, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub, or even SingleSignOn from a custom system. Do we need any of these? I’m inclined to allow GitHub logins at least, since this is an open source project…
Personally I like having unique accounts for each site/forum I use but if allowing more ways will only help people to communicate easier I would go for it.
Happy to leave it, and see if people request it. Shouldn’t be hard to add later on if we need it
