Yes, that will work just fine. The two red wires are power for the heating system and power for the cooling system. They should both go into the R slot.
The clicky edition has two slots for red wires, but that’s just a mechanical convienence. They’re just tied together, so it’s electrically the same as putting both wires in the same screw terminal.
